Question: If I need existing drawings only at the moment to discuss with my client for the proposed design and will come later to provide the proposed design? Is it Possible?
Answer: Absolutely, it’s possible. We understand the importance of having existing drawings to facilitate discussions with your landlord. We can provide you with the existing design promptly, allowing you a specified period to return to us with the proposed design. Typically, we allocate a two-week window for this process. Should you require an extension, we are open to accommodating an additional week upon your request.
However, in the event that the agreed-upon timeframe exceeds its designated limit, we kindly reserve the right to invoice solely for the work already completed. For instance, in the case of a single-storey rear extension, if the timeframe lapses before the proposed design is provided, we will charge only for the existing drawings. If the proposed design is submitted later, there will be an additional fee, typically around 10% higher than the original price.

Question: How long does it take to complete the drawing project?
Answer: The time needed to complete the drawing project depends on the complexity of the drawings and the information and requirements you provide about the project. However, in most cases, we aim to finish the drawings within 2 working days.
